The Menuhin Competition Richmond 2020 is just two months away! As we get ready to play host to the "Olympics of the Violin," Artistic Director Gordon Back paid a recent visit to Richmond and stopped by our VPM Music studios to give an update.
The competitors were recently announced, and I sat down with Gordon to discuss how the application and acceptance process went. We also talked about the jury and how the Menuhin Competition stands out from similar events around the world.
