The Chamber Music Society of Central Virginia continues its 20th anniversary season this weekend with a free concert titled "Opus 20: Party of 7" in the Richmond Public Library. This performance will feature the Septet, Op. 20 by Ludwig van Beethoven and is FREE to attend! Included on the program is a new work "Exordium" by Antonio Garcia, written as a "prelude" to the Septet.
I caught up with Artistic Director James Wilson to preview the concert, which will be this Saturday, April 5th at 2pm. While it's free to attend, you must register on the organization's website at cmscva.org.
